My Account

Creating an account is simple. It’ll allow you to checkout with ease, receive updates and check the status of your orders. Click here to create an account. If you for any reason cannot create your account, contact our Customer Care Team on 07599168431 or email at info@tawakkalperfumes.co.uk.

If you’ve forgotten your password, please use the “Forgot your password?” link on the account sign-in page. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Delivery

We offer delivery to both the UK and Europe. Delivery in UK is free for orders over £10.
UK Standard Delivery (4-5 Working Days) – Free over £10
UK Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days, weekdays only) – £6.99

EU Standard Delivery (5-7 Working Days) customs fees may apply – £19.99
We process orders Monday through to Friday 9am-5pm excluding bank holidays. Any orders we receive outside of these times will be processed the next working day. Next day delivery orders received after Friday 1pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday).
Yes, we ship to Europe using standard delivery. (5-7 working days)

Order Queries

If you’re experiencing problems placing an order, please contact us on info@tawakkalperfumes.co.uk, and we’ll be more than happy to help.

If you are missing an item from your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll look into this for you. Contact our Customer Care Team on 07599168531 or email them at info@tawakkalperfumes.co.uk. Please do not dispose of any packaging as you may be asked to return or provide pictures.
At present we use both Royal Mail and Evri as our main couriers for all orders. If you think you have been sent the incorrect tracking link, please try either of these tracking websites before contacting us: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel
If your order is showing as delivered and you can’t locate it, firstly check with your neighbours, anyone else in your household and any safe places it could have been left. If you track your parcel using the tracking number in the shipping e-mail, you should be able to see if the parcel was left in a safe place or with a neighbour. If you still can't locate it, get in touch with Customer Services via email or live chat and someone will investigate further. We’ll also ask you to fill out a denial of receipt form and ask you a few questions so we can go back to Royal Mail. Once our investigation is complete we’ll then look at resending your order or refunding you.

Payment

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay & ShopPay.
You can use your promo code during the checkout process. Please make sure the code is successfully applied to your order before completing the purchase, as we will not be able to apply codes and discounts afterwards. If you haven’t got a promo code. We do run offers and promotions from time to time. To keep up to date and ensure you receive a code, whenever possible. Subscribe to our newsletter.

Returns

At Tawakkal Perfumes, we always try our best to package your items securely, so they are not damaged in transit. However, sometimes they might suffer some damage whilst on their way to you. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Care Team on 07599168431 or email them at info@tawakkalperfumes.co.uk. Please do not dispose of any packaging as you may be asked to return or provide pictures.
If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return any unopened products to us. Ensure the item is still in its original condition, unopened and is returned to us securely. We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items within 14 working days of purchase. Returns, exchanges and replacements are processed as soon as we receive your items. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us.

Note : Oil custom filled products cannot be returned or Replaced.
